With people and parts located across the world, Kodak is equipped to handle your service and support needs as a single point of contact for Kodak and other equipment manufacturers’ products from more than 100 manufacturers including scanners, storage systems, micrographic equipment and commercial print.

In addition to KODAK Products, we can provide warranty and maintenance agreement support as a single point of contact for over 100 manufacturers of scanners, storage, micrographics equipment, and much more. With KODAK Service & Support, you benefit from our experience and benchmark quality services regardless of the manufacturer.
KODAK Care Kits are available as Extended Warranties, Performance Plus (includes consumables), Maintenance Agreements, and Support Services.
- May be purchased for 1, 2, or 3 years, from time of equipment installation
- Provide telephone support
- Offer KODAK Service & Support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time
- Must be purchased within 90 days of the equipment purchase.
Depending on the product, coverage includes either:
On-Site Service, which includes:
- Travel, labor, and repair parts
- Preferential response
- Service by Kodak employed service representatives
- Preventative maintenance on applicable products
- Total service call protection
OR Advanced Unit Replacement, which provides:
- Next-business-day delivery of an exchange unit.
- Provides 1 year of coverage that can be used to extend the coverage at the expiration of the new product warranty, extended warranty, or maintenance agreement.
- Provide telephone support
- Offer KODAK Service & Support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time
- Must be purchased prior to the expiration of the new product warranty, extended warranty, or maintenance agreement.
