The Enhanced Printer Accessory from Kodak Alaris is a complete upgrade kit designed to improve the performance of your scanning experience. This accessory includes an upper imaging guide, an upper flippable background accessory, and an enhanced black ink cartridge, ensuring vibrant and precise prints. The kit also features four ink blotters for optimal ink application and an enhanced printer carrier, making it easier to handle and maintain printer accessories.

There are different imprinters for different Kodak series scanners. The imprinter for the S3000 series will only print on the back side of the document AFTER the scanning is completed. The i4000, i5000 and S5000 series imprinters will print on either the front or back side. The front side on those models, will be pre-printed, meaning it will appear on the front side of the scanned document. The back side is only used for post-scan imprinting.

The Kodak scanners series have an imprinter accessory kit available to allow for rear side, post scan document imprinting. The imprinter can print up to a 40 character alpha-numeric stream on the REAR side of the document AFTER it has been scanned.
