Plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under the Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan. A plan may provide 1-year, 2-year or 3-year Next Business Day, Whole Unit Exchange per the terms and conditions of the plan. Plans are available for purchase in 1-year increments up to a maximum of 5 years (you may purchase 5 years of the plan all at once or you may purchase the plan on a year-to-year basis for up to 5 years of total coverage).
The Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day Whole Unit Exchange option offers an economically priced extended service plan, covering your product with the same features as the original limited warranty. This Extended Service Plan features a whole unit exchange replacement shipped via priority service to quickly get your product back up running.
