Support: You have access to Spicer Corporation’s Customer Service
and Support Department, available to offer assistance to you at
installation time and thereafter to ensure the smooth operation of
Imagenation Software. Support also includes telephone support, Web site,
FTP, and electronic mail access. File patches or updated interim
releases required for problem resolution are available to you at no
charge. Pre-announced General
Maintenance Upgrade Releases (GMUs): Spicer designates specific
scheduled releases as GMUs that may include support for new file
formats, performance enhancements, addition of new features, improved
user interface and/or configurability, or enhanced integration
capability. There is a minimum of one GMU per year on supported
platforms. You will receive advance notice of a scheduled GMU, a
description of the major feature additions relative to the last GMU, and
a "Request to Upgrade Form".
Interim Releases:
Under maintenance you are entitled to upgrade to any release whether it
is a GMU or not. However, for releases which are not designated GMUs, a
small administrative fee applies to each order. For costs, contact
Spicer's Maintenance
Coordinator.
NEW - The standard
method for delivery
of upgrades is internet download. If you prefer CD-ROM
distribution, a processing fee will
be incurred.
