Feed Module and Separator Module Guidelines for the i200 Series Scanners Consumables Kits

The following table provides a guideline of how often to change the Feed Module, Separation Roller, Pre-separation Pad and tires.

Feed Module and Separation Roller Tires: tire life will vary depending upon paper types, environment and cleanliness. Nominal tire life is approximately 125,000 documents, results will vary. Degradation of feeder performance, multiple feeds, stoppages, etc. indicate a need to change tires. Change all tires on the Feed Module and Separation Roller at the same time.

Feed Module and Separation Roller: it is recommended that you install a new Feed Module approximately every 4^th tire change. Install a new Feed Module and Separation Roller at the same time.

Pre-separation Pad: change every other time you change the Feed Module, Separation Roller or change the tires.
