Capture Software Lite is a special version of
Capture Software that is shipped with all units of the Kodak i30,
i40, i100, i1200, i1300, and i1400 Series Scanners.. This production version
is sufficient to be used as a departmental scanning application. Capture
Lite allows scanning, viewing, and storing of images in standard batch
output formats (e.g., Single-Page TIFF, Multi-page TIFF, PDF, and Multiple
Batch Output Formats). All features of the Kodak Scanners are supported. No
hardware key is required. A full featured version can be purchased through a
Reseller of Kodak Document Imaging Products like ScanTastik.
Features of Capture Lite software
It's ideal for front-end content and document scanning
applications; imaging, forms processing and workflow applications; and as a
standalone application. It manages scanning, indexing and batching --
simplex and duplex, color and bitonal. You can easily export batches to many
popular applications (such as scan-to-Web, magnetic storage, or CD
authoring), complete with associated index data.

Capture Software's
multi-image display lets you visualize a multi-page document and verify
image quality during scanning. You can use it to see up to eight images at a
time. Or use the fast image-fit mode for dynamic zooming and show every
image as large as possible in each window
