Limited Warranty and No Excuses® End User Replacement Program

Fujitsu products are designed to give our end users the highest performance and reliability with the least amount of hassle. To prove this, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. (FCPA) offers a limited warranty on selected consumer products distributed through authorized distribution channels. In addition, FCPA offers No Excuses® End User Replacement Program (Advanced Exchange Program) that may be the easiest and most comprehensive program in the industry. In the unlikely event of a product defect, FCPA will replace that product within two business days. U.S. resident end-users who have originally purchased products covered under the limited warranty that are not for resale may be eligible to participate.
