Scanner price includes the WIDEImage scan software, except where noted.  All scanners include the JETimage Base scan to print software free with delivery.

Scanners include necessary cabling and connectors, computer interface kit with interface card, scanner calibration charts and guides, scanner maintenance kit, scanner maintenance CD and scanner application CD with JETimage and WIDEmail applications and electronic copies of all related manuals. Listing of all enclosures is available upon request.

Scanner pricing does NOT include shipping,  installation, set up, testing/calibration, training, accessories, or extended warranties, except where noted.

ALL CalComp SCANNERS SHIP FOB ORIGINATION !!!

Scanner price (unless otherwise specified) includes 24 months telephone technical support from GTCO CalComp After 24 months, telephone technical support is charged on a credit card on a per incident basis.

This does not affect the 24 month manufacturer warranty terms! (return to depot)

Scanner prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for a firm quotation and quotation number before ordering. All products will not ship until funds have cleared ScanTastik's financial institution.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Any deficiencies must be reported to ScanTastik within 10 days of delivery. All defective parts will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.  Any unauthorized returns will be rejected. All returns are Customer liability until reaching intended destination.

Purchase Orders

We understand that some government entities by law, must receive goods before payment can be authorized. We allow net 30 terms (at ScanTastik's sole discretion) for those entities who qualify.

ScanTastik does on occasion extend net terms to businesses at ScanTastik's sole discretion. Additional fees may apply, a credit application is required. 

All purchase orders issued to ScanTastik  are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in these web pages and cannot be usurped by any terms or conditions as specified on any purchase order without the written permission of authorized ScanTastik personnel. Acceptance of a Purchase Order by ScanTastik does not constitute acceptance of any terms within a Purchase Order.
